1992-1998 he studied Political Science and Philosophy in Frankfurt upon Main at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University

Since the early 1990s start of artistic work, during the recent years dealing above all with LANGUAGE and TIME (archive, representation, history, discourse, sound).

Christoph Korn works in and with diverse artistic forms of expression: Composition, radioplay and Installation, video, Text, WEB Projects, electronic music theatre, Improvisation.

His collaborations together with sound artists like Rüdiger Carl, Alfred 23 Harth, TEXTxtnd (Augst/Daemgen/Ehinger) and visual artists like Raymond Pettibon and On Kawara led him to numerous international festivals of contemporary music and media-art(WienModern/Wien, Ars Electronica/Linz, Realisationen für intermedium ZKM/Karlsruhe, hr, WDR, SFB, DLR, SDR, SWR, Kunstradio ORF, Dokumenta XI, FILE HIPERSÔNICA 2003/ Sao Paulo, Podewil Festival x-tract SCULPTURE MUSICALE/Berlin, Taktlos Festival/ Bern, Philharmonie/Köln, Museum of Modern Art Serralves/Porto, Whitchapell art galery/London, MMK Sraßbourg, Festivals in Spanien und Portugal)

He is a lecturer for Improvisation and Aesthetics at the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt and guest lecturer at University of Fine Arts in Lisbon and Porto

He lives and works in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt/M., Germany
